The school is run purely with funds of the Trust without collecting any fees from the students. The school was functioning in a rented place and the petty minded landlords never allowed the institution to run smoothly and were putting spokes frequently.

Gnana Deepam is a totally non-profit organisation aiming at the overall development of a much-ignored section of the society – the mentally handicapped. This school is being run by Gnana Deepam Charitable Trust with 9 Committee members who are volunteers besides the following honorary consultants of the Trust.
